Megan McCourt has been involved with McCallie since 2012. She currently serves as an assistant crew coach and Burns dorm mom. She has a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Education from the University of California, Berkeley and a MA in Education from the University of Washington in Seattle. Prior to coming to Chattanooga, Megan worked for the dean of the faculty at Princeton University in New Jersey. She was born and raised in San Jose and moved to Princeton after graduating from UC Berkeley to train on the US Rowing National Team. She made six national teams, including the 2004 Olympic team where she won a silver medal. In 2007, Megan married her husband Sean, a McCallie faculty member. They have twins, Caitlin and Connor, and a son Gavin.
