Chris Harr s a Chattanooga native. He attended the University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC) on a football scholarship and graduated with a BS degree in health and human performance. Chris was a two-time All Southern Conference performer during his playing career. Chris came to McCallie in 2017 from UTC, where he served as an assistant football coach for the Mocs since 2013. Chris serves as the Dean of Students for the middle school. He also teaches 7th grade science, coaches varsity football, and works in the strength and conditioning department. Chris has been married to his wife, Brittany, since 2012, and they have two children. He enjoys a round of golf and being spontaneous on the weekends.
