CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The McCallie School Swim & Dive team hits the road today, Friday, November 6, traveling to Atlanta, Georgia, to take on Westminster in another early-season competition.
The Blue Tornado enters today's meet following a successful showing against Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) and Ensworth last Friday. McCallie earned victories over both opponents, defeating MBA 102-81 and Ensworth 122-58.
Collin Holgerson led the way with individual victories in the 200-yard individual medley and 100-yard backstroke. McCallie also claimed wins in two of the meet's three relay events, highlighting the team's depth and strong performances across multiple events.
With momentum from last week's double-dual victories, the Blue Tornado will look to continue building on its early-season success against Westminster.
Today's meet provides another opportunity for McCallie swimmers to compete, improve their times, and gain valuable experience as the season progresses.
Go Big Blue!
